Rochester's long cold winter can cause many storage related repairs.
Here are a few thing you can do to protect your
power equipment investment.

• Fumes from the engine exhaust can cause injury or death. DO NOT run engines
  in an enclosed area, always provide good ventilation.
  

• Keep your machine stored under cover. Rain and snow damage
  more than just the finish!
   

• Check the operation of your chainsaw's chain brake before starting your job.
  It's also a good idea to have an extra chain to rotation in.
   

• Occasionally, if the auger jams on your snow blower, the shear pins will break
  allowing the auger to turn free, avoiding damage to the gear drive.
  Keep the proper spare shear pins on hand for your snow blower.
